With our products we provide a 30-day warranty on many of our products. In the event you are not happy with your purchase or are encountering issues with your product during this window, you may return the product for a full refund. However, the return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer.
Items which are marked or sold AS-IS would not be applicable for return or warranty.
In the event you placed an incorrect order or ordered the an incorrect item you may return item for a full refund however, the shipping cost will be deducted from your return. OR in the event you contact us with at least 24 hours lead time before shipping we can remediate before processing the item for final shipping.
In the unlikely event you receive the wrong or an incorrect item, you may return the item for a full refund, and we will pay for the shipping.
Every one of our products are manually tested and validated and tested before shipping. We are not liable or responsible in the event of user error with our products as all items are described as listed on our site.
When processing an RMA to return an item, please contact us with your order number and name so we can provide you with instructions for how to process your return.
Refunds for items will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days. After we receive your return at our P.O. Box, it will be reviewed and processed as soon as possible. Please provide about 2-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your end after we have processed the return.
